			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We all express the 28<strong> </strong>primary frequencies of energy, which dictate the human experience.  These 28 cardinal frequencies include, 7 primary chakras, 7 Yin and 7 yang meridians, and 7 auric fields. They are present even though we do not see nor understand them.  At their origin these frequencies are at 100%, ready and willing to provide peak level Life Force at all times.  Depending on our history and memories held within these frequencies, access to Life Force can become trapped or blocked. They must navigate through the personal obstacles of gene pool, grievances, diet, life style and relationships. These obstacle are the result of our inherited DNA, our soul memory or life experience.</p>
<p><span id="more-393"></span></p>
<p><em> </em></p>
<p>We hear a lot about meridians from the acupuncturist, we hear a lot about chakras from the metaphysical community and we hear about auras from energy workers, but we do not hear about all three sections or units of the same energy field together.  This is strange as they cannot be separated.  We need to look at the energy field as a whole, not in parts.<strong><em> </em></strong>I would like to introduce you to The Burren Seven Chakra Energy Systems<strong>.</strong></p>
<p>Each chakra is not only a chakra, it is a chakra energy system consisting of 4 primary frequencies; a chakra, a yin meridian, a yang meridian and an auric field.  They exist not as single unrelated notes but as an arpeggio or chord. This is important as we tend to think of the chakras as developed or undeveloped, closed or open or various states in-between.  The fact is that the chakra energy systems are the energetic component of our entire physical, emotional and mental function and house our soul in this physical experience.  They are not something that develops as we become enlightened.  Quite the contrary, when we are told we have a strong constitution what we are really being told is that we have access to a good functioning energy field.  If our energy field is not vibrant, we succumb to disease and in the extreme, die.</p>
<p>Because your chakra energy systems are so basic to your physical function, you can utilize your physical body to show you the state of your energy field and the access you have to your energy flow.  You can see the state of health of your chakras by looking at the state of health of your endocrine glands, you can look at the health of your meridians by looking at how well your nervous system and organs function and you can look at the state of health of your auric fields by looking at how well your immune system is working.</p>
<p>I can give you a better example. Because each chakra energy system also carries with it the energetic memory bank about your 7 primary relationships,<strong><em> </em></strong>to see the state of your chakra energy systems look to these relationships.  You can see the health of your energy fields in the health and the state of these relationships.   An example:<strong><em> </em></strong></p>
<p><strong>How well are you relating to or interacting with:</strong></p>
<p>Parents, Grandparents and Tribe –         Root Chakra, Kidney meridian, Bladder Meridian and                                                                                   Physical body or 1<sup>st</sup> auric field.  Adrenals.</p>
<p>Spouse, Partners, Contracts &#8211;                     Gonad Chakra, Liver Meridian, Gallbladder meridian                                                                                    and Etheric body or 2<sup>nd</sup> auric field.  Reproductive                                                                                          System.</p>
<p>Children, Creations, Childhood self-       Solar Plexus Chakra, Spleen meridian,  Stomach                                                                                              Meridian and emotional body or 3<sup>rd</sup> auric field.                                                                                               Pancreas</p>
<p>Self                                                                        Heart Chakra, Heart Meridian, Small Intestine                                                                                                  Meridian and 1<sup>st</sup> Spiritual body or 5<sup>th</sup> auric field.</p>
<p>Thymus</p>
<p>Siblings, Friends, Co-workers, Peers-    Throat Chakra, Lung meridian, Large Intestine</p>
<p>Meridian, Mental body or 4<sup>th</sup> auric field.  Thyroid.</p>
<p>Outside Authority, Government etc.      Brow Chakra, Triple Warmer Meridian, Circulation</p>
<p>Meridian, 2<sup>nd</sup> Spiritual Body or 6<sup>th</sup> auric field.                                                                                                   Pituitary.</p>
<p>God and All Creation                                      Crown Chakra, Central Vessel Meridian, Governing</p>
<p>Vessel Meridian, 3<sup>rd</sup> Spiritual Body or 7<sup>th</sup> Auric Field.</p>
<p>Pineal/Hypothalamus</p>
<p>You often hear people say, I need to raise my vibration or raise the level of<strong><em> </em></strong>my energy field.  This implies that you have to add to our field so as to have a higher vibration.  What you really need to do is to release limiting beliefs that are blocking your access, (physical, emotional or mental,) so as to be able to utilize more of the 100% of your Life Force and soul vibration that is available to you at all times.  The easiest place for you to see grievances is within those primary relationships and of course the easiest way to see energy field problems is within the physical body, such as your endocrine system or your organs and other areas of your body.</p>
<p>As you can see, by looking at some very physical relationships and signs you can get a good look at how well your energy field is functioning and how much access to Life Force you actually have.  You do not need to take a specific photograph to see your energy field you just need to learn how to read your physical body and relate what you see and read to the action and function of your energy field.  You need to look at your primary relationships, your endocrine glands, your immune system and your nervous system and the organs represented by the meridians to see how free flowing and healthy your energy field actually is.</p>
<p><strong>So what can you do right now to access more of your Life Force and raise your vibration?</strong></p>
<p>Here are a couple of very basic things that you can do.  You can start your day by blessing your 7 primary relationships and you can end your day by forgiving your 7 primary relationships.</p>
<p><strong>It would look like this in the AM: </strong></p>
<p>Find a quiet place where you will not be interrupted.  Take some deep breaths and get centered.  As soon as you feel quiet and relaxed inside – state to yourself or out-loud;</p>
<p>“I bless my Root Chakra Energy System and a loving relationship with my parents”</p>
<p>“I bless my Gonad Chakra Energy System and a loving relationship with my partner”</p>
<p>“I bless my Solar Plexus Chakra Energy System and a loving relationship with my children and/or childhood self”</p>
<p>“I bless Heart Chakra Energy System and a loving relationship with myself”</p>
<p>“I bless my Throat Chakra Energy System and a loving relationships with my friends, siblings, co-workers and peers”</p>
<p>“I bless my Brow Chakra Energy System and a loving relationship with my government and all outside authority”</p>
<p>“I bless my Crown Chakra Energy System and a loving relationship with God and All Creation”</p>
<p>With this mantra, you are learning to bless all 28 of your cardinal frequencies, through</p>
<p>blessing your seven chakra energy system and your seven primary relationships.</p>
<p><strong>It would look like this in the PM:</strong></p>

<p>With this mantra, you are learning to forgive all grievances held within your 28 cardinal frequencies, through forgiving your 7 primary relationships  and your seven chakra energy systems, and this works on your DNA memories as well.  Try this for a week or two and see how you feel.  It is very simple, but very powerful.</p>
<p><strong>So to sum up</strong> &#8211; the differences about the “Burren Chakra Energy Systems” from other systems are;</p>
<p>1) The chakras are not a single unit, instead they are a group unit – a homochord.  2) They are already fully developed at birth 100%, however, we are blocked to 100% access through DNA, old memories and grievances. 3) You do not need special instruments to see the chakras, auric fields or meridians; their evidence of function or mal-function, health or ill health is seen in the physical body by <span style="text-decoration: underline;">its</span> function, and the emotional/mental bodies through how well your relationships are functioning.  4) The misperception that, to change the state of our field is difficult – <span style="text-decoration: underline;">it is not,</span><strong><em> </em></strong>love and forgiveness over the <span style="text-decoration: underline;">small things,</span> allows us <span style="text-decoration: underline;">more</span> access to our Life Force on a daily basis, than we can imagine.</p>
<p>Our physical body is the sum total of our energy field.  The state of our physical body is evidence of the state of our energy fields.  Include the physical body in all of your spiritual, emotional and mental work as it cannot be separated.  <strong><em>Your energy field is the negative print made visible into the photograph of your physical body.</em></strong></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Your Liver is one of the major detoxification organs in your body and is the second largest organ in the body, second only to the skin.  The liver supports every organ in the body, and is responsible for over 100 functions, including detoxification, as it filters the blood and removes harmful bacteria and chemicals and eliminates excess hormones.  When the <strong>Liver detoxification pathways get overloaded and waste products build up in the system, the primary symptoms to show up first are congested sinuses and/or bowel problems.</strong> The Liver is responsible for protein synthesis, biochemical production of bile for digestion, (an alkaline compound,) which aids in the function of digestion within the small intestine.  <strong>The liver is a master chemist and metabolizes proteins, fats, and carbohydrates.</strong> It stores glucose in the form of glycogen, Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin B-12, Iron and Copper.  The bile produced by the liver is collected in the bile ducts and stored in the cystic duct in the gallbladder.  Because of these important functions it is important <strong>to keep the liver as clean as possible with optimum function.</strong></p>

<p>Synthetic chemicals, viruses, bacteria, fungus and parasites are the biggest problem for the liver as when they are too pervasive the liver detoxification pathways become compromised.  An overloaded liver means that it cannot properly clean the blood, and the blood becomes sticky and congealed.  This is often called heart disease, but in actuality it is a toxic liver problem.  The good news is the liver responds very well to specific foods and juices.</p>

<p><strong>Simple Liver Cleansing Food Diet.</strong></p>
<p>First thing in the AM have 1 Table sp., of Olive Oil, and Fresh Lemon Juice with a dash of Cayenne</p>
<p>pepper.  Wait at least 30 to 40 minutes before you eat breakfast.  At every meal eat some of the above foods that will either cleanse or support the liver, examples;</p>
<p><strong>Breakfast:</strong></p>
<p>A vegetable omelet with a side of berries</p>
<p><strong>Lunch:</strong></p>
<p>Fish, with salad and lots of mixed greens and chopped vegetables.</p>
<p><strong>Dinner:</strong></p>
<p>Protein with Spinach, or Beets, Cabbage, Onions and Carrots etc.  Also include a <span style="text-decoration: underline;">mixed green</span> salad.</p>
<p><strong>Tips:</strong></p>
<p>Sprinkle sage and cardamom on salads and Yams.  Drink teas such as Burdock tea, Dandelion tea, Raspberry tea, S Pau D’Arco tea as these are highly beneficial.  Dilute all fruit juices – 50/50 juice and water, vegetable juice can be taken straight without dilution Seaweed in vegetable soup is excellent as well as onions and garlic.  Olives are excellent snacks.  Taking care of your liver now as this will be most beneficial in your quality of life.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Spring is such a wonderful time of year for renewal and beginning again.  In fact we even have the concept of spring-cleaning for our home and office, well <strong><span style="color: #008000;">what about our body?</span> </strong> It is the very best time for internal detoxification and renewal for so many reasons.  <span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>Everyone wants to get ready for summer</strong>,</span> with the long days and lots of physical activities.  People are thinking about swimming suits, shorts and t-shirts and how they are going to look in that kind of attire.  Instead of worrying about how you will look this summer how about <strong><span style="color: #008000;">changing your focus</span></strong> to <strong>FEELING GREAT</strong> this summer.  This can be done so easily with a detoxification program.</p>

<p>So you might be asking yourself <em>do I need to do a full 21-day detoxification program or a 1-week program or what</em>?  Just do a program, <strong><span style="color: #008000;">do something for yourself that you can commit to</span></strong>.  You could even do a simple detoxification program, that excludes all junk food from your diet and just eat the foods on the <span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>“Healthy Food Grocery List,”</strong></span> you will be amazed at how much better you will feel just by doing that.  In fact when you start to feel better and you can see the value in this, it is at that time that it is so much easier to commit to a larger more complete program.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>To do the very best job with our work and career it is important that we are feeling fit and mobile.  If we are attempting to do our job while we are experiencing aches and pains, we will not do our best because we do not feel our best.  And if you are one of those people who take a great deal of pride in their work this is a big deal.</p>

<p>All aches and pains, swelling and tenderness, discoloration and tightness are communications from your body to you.  So what is your body trying to tell you?  Is your body saying that it is enjoying the lifestyle you are living or the foods that you may be eating?  Or is it saying that it really loves the exercise and movement program that you are on?  Or could it possibly be saying you are not treating me with the love and kindness that is necessary for me to feel great and be free of pain?  Something needs to change for us to be our best and until we take 100% responsibility for how our body is performing, we will not get a handle on health and wellbeing.</p>
<p>What changes could you make right now, that would benefit your body and how it is performing?  I know that you know one thing; that if you stopped doing right now, would make a difference in how you feel.  Or one thing that if you incorporated into your life would benefit you greatly, &#8211; this is the responsibility factor I am talking about.  Sometimes however, we need support and assistance to learn and do the correct thing for our wellbeing.  Setting aside a period of time to really treat your body well, do the things that assist you to release toxins and learn some lifestyle skills that can make you move easily and be free of pain can be your New Years gift to you.</p>
<p>You can start the New Year off with a LOSS that will give you the freedom of movement that your heart desires.  The loss, of course, is the loss of patterns and behaviors that are causing your body to ache and feel uncomfortable.  Re-moving substances that are toxic to the body will greatly improve mobility and relieve aches and pains.  Welcome to a healthy 2010.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Entrepreneurs know the most important attribute they need to perform their work to their very best standards is abundant energy to do the job.</strong> Most people think they are tired because they are working too hard, not getting enough down time, or simply not taking recreation time.  Is this really true and have you stopped for a moment to assess what specific behavior listed above is causing the problem?  Let me suggest a couple of other possibilities.<span id="more-1"></span></p>
<ol>
<li>Toxic Chemicals can be making you tired.  There are more than seventy-five thousand toxic chemicals classified by the EPA as potentially or definitely hazardous to human health and function; and new chemicals are being tested at the rate of six thousand or more per week in the US.  Depending on the number of toxins that the body is dealing with and retaining, the greater the chances are that they will cause fatigue and other symptoms.</li>
<li>Consuming chemicals in the foods you are eating instead of foods that are completely whole and natural.  This is something we have control over and by not eating chemically ladened foods, we can reduce our toxic load.</li>
</ol>
<p>This is a great time of year to think about making some changes in your lifestyle and health program. <strong> We are all looking at 2010 and wondering what changes we can make to better our self in every way.</strong> One of the things that you can put on your agenda is a detoxification program.  Not only will you be helping your self physically, but mentally as well.  Doing a detox program a couple of times a year will assist your body to have great energy and function optimally.</p>
<p>Supervised detoxification programs are much easier to do than attempting to put together a detoxification program yourself.  Once you make the decision to clean up your body and your act so to speak, when the program is laid our for you all you have to do is simply follow instructions.  Most programs involve dietary changes as well as taking specific products that induce detoxification.  <strong>Working on detoxing your emotions and beliefs that are not serving you well, can be a big aspect of a good detoxification program.</strong></p>
