Spring is such a wonderful time of year for renewal and beginning again. In fact we even have the concept of spring-cleaning for our home and office, well what about our body? It is the very best time for internal detoxification and renewal for so many reasons. Everyone wants to get ready for summer, with the long days and lots of physical activities. People are thinking about swimming suits, shorts and t-shirts and how they are going to look in that kind of attire. Instead of worrying about how you will look this summer how about changing your focus to FEELING GREAT this summer. This can be done so easily with a detoxification program.
So you might be asking yourself do I need to do a full 21-day detoxification program or a 1-week program or what? Just do a program, do something for yourself that you can commit to. You could even do a simple detoxification program, that excludes all junk food from your diet and just eat the foods on the “Healthy Food Grocery List,” you will be amazed at how much better you will feel just by doing that. In fact when you start to feel better and you can see the value in this, it is at that time that it is so much easier to commit to a larger more complete program.
